Crafting Your Passive Prospecting Story

Effortlessly Create Curiosity & Pre-Sell Before You Ever Mention Your Product or Opportunity

Team Evergreen Training Series

🌿 Why This Matters

What if your content could attract people who are already curious — before you ever have to explain what you do?

That’s the power of Passive Prospecting — when your story does the selling for you.

Stories connect emotionally, build trust faster, and cause people to see themselves in your journey.
When someone relates to your story, their brain releases dopamine, oxytocin, and cortisol — helping them remember you, trust you, and feel emotionally connected.

1️⃣ How to Promote Unique Solutions

We don’t sell commodities.
We sell solutions to very specific problems.

You’re not selling superfoods — you’re helping:

  • Mamas with energy crashes find natural vitality

  • Practitioners help clients heal faster

  • Busy families simplify nutrition

👉 Tip: Always lead with the solution and transformation, not the product name.

2️⃣ What Is Attraction Marketing?

Attraction Marketing means you draw people in by sharing your story, lifestyle, and values — not by convincing or chasing.

It’s the art of making people say:

“Wow, that’s me.”
“I’ve been feeling the same way.”
“I want what she has.”

When people relate emotionally, they become naturally curious. Curiosity is the most powerful pre-sell there is.

3️⃣ Using a Personal Brand to Build

Your personal brand = how people feel when they interact with you.

Ask yourself:

  • What do I want to be known for?

  • What transformation do I guide others through?

  • What 3 words describe my energy or essence?

When you lead with your values and story, you magnetize the people who resonate most.

4️⃣ Defining Your Target Market

Who are you speaking to?

Examples:

  • “I help overwhelmed mamas who want to feel calm, clear, and in control again.”

  • “I help practitioners integrate simple nutrition into their client care.”

  • “I help families replace the junk with clean, real food.”

Be specific — speak to one kind of person with one clear problem.

5️⃣ Crafting Your Branding Statement

Combine your who, struggle, and solution.

Example:

“I help mamas go from burnt out to fully alive through simple nutrition so they can show up for their family.”

Use this in your bio, captions, and introductions. Consistency = trust.

6️⃣ Choosing Your Hero Products

Pick products that represent the core solution you’re known for.

👉 Tip: You’ll want a 90-day ULT for those who want lasting results, and an easy opt-in that’s $150.00 or less. You can create your hero product permalinks here

Examples:

  • Core 4 → foundational reset

  • Kids In Focus → calm, clear focus

  • Revive-It-All → energy + brain support

  • Epigenious → full-spectrum vitality for mamas

Your hero products are your story anchors.

7️⃣ Writing Your Product Success Story

Your story is your most powerful marketing tool.
It helps your audience see themselves in your before and after.

Step 1: Reflect

Ask yourself:

  • What attracted me to these products?

  • What was life like before using them?

  • What was I struggling with, afraid of, or hoping for?

  • What is life like now?

Step 2: Write Your Unfiltered Version

Write freely — don’t edit yet. Emotion first, polish later.

Step 3: Use the P.A.S. Formula

Problem → Agitate → Solution

“I used to wake up exhausted, living on coffee and sugar just to make it through the day. I wanted energy that didn’t crash. When I found these superfoods, I started feeling grounded and clear within a week.”

Step 4: Add a Call to Action

“If you’ve been feeling the same, drop a 🌿 and I’ll share what worked for me.”

8️⃣ Identifying Your Problem Set

These layers become your content foundation — speak to them in every post.

🧠 Why Stories Work

Research from Stanford shows our brains don’t retain facts well — but they remember stories.

Stories activate the areas of the brain responsible for empathy, emotion, and social connection. That’s what drives decisions and trust.

🪞 Storytelling Frameworks

Short Story Formula

  1. Hook – Grab attention

  2. Before – The pain or problem

  3. Turning Point – What changed

  4. After – The result

  5. CTA – Invite them to learn more

P.A.S.B. Story Formula

  1. Problem – What wasn’t working

  2. Agitate – Emotional & real impact

  3. Solution – What you discovered

  4. Benefit – Tangible + emotional wins (what’s the benefit of the benefit? ie. what have the benefits of loosing 20 lbs been?)

  5. CTA – Invite connection

🎣 The Key to Stopping the Scroll

Become a Great Hooker (aka: Headline Master 😉)

Your hook is your headline. It’s what makes people stop scrolling.
It must spark curiosity or challenge a belief.

Hook Templates:

  • “Last month, I got my energy back without cutting caffeine.”

  • “Most moms think they need more sleep — but that’s not the real problem.”

  • “I went from foggy and fatigued to calm and focused — without medication.”

  • “We’ve completely eliminated the need for energy drinks — and it feels amazing.”

🧩 WORKSHEET: CRAFT YOUR STORY STEP-BY-STEP

(You can fill this out right here on paper or copy these prompts into your notes app.)

✍️ Step 1: Your Product Story (Unfiltered Draft)

1. What attracted you to these products or this company?

2. What was life like before?

  • Problems / struggles / challenges:

  • Fears (what kept you up at night?):

  • What did you hope for that seemed impossible?

3. What is life like now?

  • Results (tangible changes):

  • Priceless emotional benefits:

💎 Step 2: Identify Your Target Market

Who were you before your transformation? That’s your audience now.

Your Target Market Statement:

I help [who] who [main struggle] so they can [main desire].

🎣 Step 3: Create 3 Hooks

Hook 1:
Last [time], I [got this result] without [painful thing].

Hook 2:
I went from [painful state] to [desirable state] without [painful method].

Hook 3:
Most [target market] think they need [myth], but here’s what really made the difference.

Bonus:
“I haven’t had to [painful activity] in [time] — and I still [got the result].”

💬 Step 4: Write Your Story Post

Follow this simple format:

1. Hook – Challenge the status quo
2. Story of Struggle – What was hard, how did it feel
3. Story of Triumph – What changed, how you feel now
4. Call to Action – Tell them what to do next

CTA examples:

  • “Drop a 🌿 if you’re ready to feel like yourself again.”

  • “DM me ‘reset’ and I’ll share what helped me.”

  • “Comment ‘details’ if you want the full scoop.”

🌸 Step 5: Post & Reflect

✅ Post your story this week
✅ Engage with every comment
✅ Notice what emotions people respond to most — that’s your resonance zone

Your story is your strategy.
