Messenger Conversations That Enroll

A Simple, Authentic, Duplicatable System for Your Entire Team

This training teaches you how to turn comments → conversations → calls or customers, without pressure, scripts, or salesy energy.

It works for ANY niche:

  • Mamas

  • Weight loss

  • Athletes

  • Stress + energy

  • Gut health

  • Men’s health

  • Beauty / aging

  • Business opportunity

  • Practitioners

Because it’s based on human conversation, not memorized lines.

🌱 1. THE MINDSET

Before you type a single message, anchor here:

“I want to help people with their problems. I want to serve, not sell.”

This process assumes:

  • Someone already expressed interest

  • OR commented with a frustration

  • OR responded to your CTA

  • OR DM’d you directly

  • OR previously mentioned a struggle you can help with

We are not cold-pitching strangers.
We are engaging with people already raising their hands.

🔄 2. TWO WAYS THE CONVERSATION STARTS

There are only two entry points:

⭐ A) They Reach Out to YOU

(“Info please,” DM, comment, poll response, etc.)

You already have permission.

Universal Problem Questions:

  • “Hey! Curious what made you reach out today?”

  • “Absolutely — happy to help! What’s going on?”

  • “To make sure I recommend the right thing, do you mind sharing a little about what you’re currently struggling with?”

  • “What was it about my post that resonated with you?”

⭐ B) YOU Reach Out (Warm Permission)

They:

  • Expressed frustration

  • Liked/commented with interest

  • Answered a poll

  • Posted something related to your niche

Universal Permission Questions:

  • “Hey! I saw you mentioned struggling with ______. Are you still looking to solve that?”

  • “Hey! I noticed your comment about ______. Curious if that’s still something you're dealing with?”

  • “Hey! I might have something that could help with ______.
Would you be open to exploring it?”

This keeps things natural, friendly, and non-salesy.

🔁 3. THE 7-STEP MESSAGE FLOW

This is the structure TJ taught — simple, natural, duplicatable.

✔️ 1. Opener

Acknowledge their comment or message & move the conversation to DM.

Examples:

  • “Thank you so much for commenting!”

  • “Loved your message — happy to help!”

  • “What’s the best email to send it to?”

Then:
“Let me know when you see it!”
→ This keeps the conversation open.

✔️ 2. Connection

Warm things up.

Examples:

  • “Before you dive in — what made you raise your hand?”

  • “What part of that post hit home the most?”

This establishes trust.

✔️ 3. Discovery

This is where the magic (and duplication) happens.

We follow this order:

🔹 Problem → Goal → Motivation

A. Problem Questions

  • “What’s the biggest challenge right now?”

  • “How long has this been happening?”

  • “What does this look like day-to-day for you?”

  • “What have you tried already?”

Always add empathy:

“Got it — thank you for sharing that. That sounds tough.”

B. Goals Questions

After challenges, ask:

  • “Do you have a specific goal in mind?”

  • “What result are you hoping for?”

  • “If things were ideal 30–90 days from now, what would feel like a win?”

C. Motivation Questions

After goals:

  • “Is there a timeline you’re hoping to hit this by?”

  • “Any reason this feels important right now?”

  • “What’s making you want to take action now vs later?”

This reveals their why now.

🫶 4. The Invitation

Now you ask permission to share a solution.

Examples:

“Thank you for sharing all of that — I really appreciate your openness.
Based on what you shared on _____, I think I might be able to help.
Would you be open to hearing what I’d recommend?”

OR

“I have an idea that might support what you’re wanting — open to hearing it?”

This part keeps things ethical, gentle, and human.

🎯 5. The Prescription

This is where you “connect the dots” between their story and your suggested solution. You’re now “prescribing” a path, not diagnosing a condition.

Universal Formula:

“Based on what you shared about ______ (problem) and wanting ______ (goal), here’s what I’d suggest…”

Use what they told you:

“Based on what you’ve shared — the afternoon crashes, bloating, and feeling like your hormones are all over the place — I’d recommend starting with our 30-day transformation.
It focuses on:
• Flooding your body with real-food nutrition
• Gently supporting detox and digestion
• Simplifying meals so you’re not constantly thinking about what to eat

For a lot of mamas I’ve worked with, this is the simplest starting point. From there, we can adjust based on how you’re feeling and your long-term goals.”

Same thing for business:

“Given that you want to create extra income from home in a way that doesn’t pull you away from your kids, here’s what I’d suggest…”

Example:

Given that you’re already passionate about wellness and you want an extra ~$500–$1000/month from home, here’s what I’d suggest:
• Start as a customer with a 30-day transformation so you actually experience the products
• Then we map out a simple plan to share with a few mamas in your world
• I’d mentor you through your first 90 days so you’re never doing this alone

It’s not overnight and there are no guarantees, but if you’re willing to be coachable and consistent, it can absolutely create another stream of income over time.”

All you’re doing is aligning what they want → with what you offer.

No diagnosing.
No medical claims.
Just aligned support.

✨ 6. The Close

Keep it soft, simple, and assumptive.

If product-based:

“It really sounds like this is a great fit for what you’re wanting.
Are you ready to get started with your first month? If so, I can grab a few details and take care of everything for you.”

Or:

“The next step is super simple — I’ll send you a link to your specific bundle, and we can walk through it together. Want to peek at it now?”

If booking a call:

“The next step is a quick 20–30 minute call so we can map things out.
Do mornings or evenings usually work better?”

Give two options when you can:

“Would Tuesday at 11am or Wednesday at 4pm work better?”

🔄 7. Follow-Up

Follow-up is where most enrollments happen.

People are busy, distracted, overwhelmed — not rejecting you.

Gentle Follow-Up Options:

  • “Hey love, bumping this up — how are you feeling about everything we talked about?”

  • “Any questions popping up?”

  • “Still interested in exploring this?”

  • “Thinking of you — how’s your week going?”

Assume:

“They’re busy — not ‘no.’”

🧩 4. UNIVERSAL QUESTIONS ANYONE CAN USE

Put this into your onboarding as a cheat sheet:

✔️ Permission

  • “Are you still looking to solve that?”

  • “Would you be open to exploring something that can help?”

✔️ Problem

  • “What’s going on?”

  • “What’s the biggest challenge?”

✔️ Goals

  • “What do you want instead?”

✔️ Motivation

  • “Why now?”

✔️ CTA

  • “Based on what you shared, I think I can help. Is it okay if I…?”

  • “The next step would be to…”

These work for EVERY target market.

📝 5. TEAM IMPLEMENTATION EXERCISE

Have each partner customize their own:

  1. Permission question

  2. Problem question

  3. Goal question

  4. Motivation question

  5. Invitation line

  6. Their niche-specific “prescription”

  7. Their favorite close

  8. Their follow-up message

This gives duplication and personalization.
