Your 6-day launch posts will take 5–15 minutes each.
But the real traction comes when you pair those posts with intentional outreach.

This training gives you a clear, natural, heart-centered system to do exactly that.

🌿 The Three Tiers of Your Warm Market List

Create this list in layers.
Start with Tier 1 and work your way outward.

You’ll revisit and reuse this list as your business grows — and you’ll eventually guide your own team to do the same.

TIER 1 — People Who Have Already Told You Their Struggles

This is your warmest circle.

These are people who have shared struggles like:

  • low energy

  • gut discomfort

  • sleep challenges

  • stress + overwhelm

  • postpartum depletion

  • weight challenges

  • always feeling tired

  • wanting to feel better in their body

  • wanting cleaner options for their kids

  • wanting more income from home

These are people who have already told you they need support.

How to reach out:

“Hey Mary, I’m reaching out because a few [days/weeks/months] ago you mentioned you were struggling with [insert thing].
Is that something you’re…
…still working on?
…wanting help with?

If they’re open → you keep going.
If not → bless and release.

TIER 2 — People You Know Have These Struggles, But Haven’t Told You Directly

These are people you care about who you know experience:

Indirect Approach (Natural Conversation):

When they ask:
“What have you been up to?”

Share your simple transformation story:

“Honestly, I’ve just been focusing on nourishing better and getting my energy back. I’m doing a transformation program that’s helping a ton.”

If they resonate → they’ll ask for more.
If not → move on with love.

Direct Approach (Accountability Invite):

“Hey Mary, hope you don’t mind me asking…
I recently started on this wellness journey and it’s helping me a lot.
I’m looking for 1–2 people I trust to run with me and keep each other accountable.
Would you be interested?”

This is low-pressure and highly effective.

TIER 3 — People You’re Not Sure About Yet

These are:

  • acquaintances

  • old classmates

  • moms from groups

  • people you see occasionally

  • people you reconnect with

You don’t know their struggles, so keep things simple, light, and relational.

Indirect Approach:

Same as Tier 2 — when they ask what you’re up to, share your short story.

If they resonate → set up a conversation.
If not → shift naturally.

Referral Approach (SO powerful):

“Hey Mary, I recently started something that’s really helping me with [energy/gut health/stress/etc.].
I’m looking for 1–2 people who might want to run with me.
Is there anyone you know who might be interested?”

People LOVE referring others.
