The R–P–M Method: From Vision to Results

In this video, we walk through the R–P–MAP Method step-by-step so you can see exactly how to bring your goals to life in your Purium business (or any project you’re working on).

Why the R–P–M Method Works

This simple framework helps you:

  • Get crystal clear on the results you want

  • Feel the success before it happens (so your actions flow naturally)

  • Map out a few aligned, focused steps that get you there

  • Stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed

  • Saves you tons of time

When you combine clarity, embodiment, and action, you open the door for the universe to meet you halfway.

Step 1 — R = Results

Your result is your SMART goal—specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound.

📍 Example: Enroll 3 (or more) inspiring, community-minded brand partners by August 30th at 5:00 PM.

Write it down and circle it. There’s power in making it tangible.

Step 2 — P = Purpose

Close your eyes and imagine your result is already done.

Ask yourself:

  • Body sensations: How does it feel in your body—now that you’ve completed your goal? (tingling, grounded, heart open)

  • Emotions: What emotions come up? (gratitude, joy, tears)

  • Thoughts: What’s running through your mind? (“I did it!” “I love my team!”)

  • Ripple impact: Who benefits? (families, friends, communities)

  • Who I’ve become: How have I grown? (more confident, more compassionate)

Step 3 — M = Map: 3–5 Action Steps

From that inspired state, decide the 3–5 most aligned, heart-centered actions to create your result.

📋 Examples:

  1. Write down 10 people I’d love to connect with and reach out from the heart.

  2. Share my personal story in a way that creates curiosity (say “nutrition program” or “at-home business” instead of the company name).

  3. Follow up with last week’s conversations.

  4. Invite 5 people to Transformation Thursday.

  5. Spend 2 minutes daily re-feeling my goal achieved.
