End of the Month Checklist for Finishing the Month Strong!

It’s almost the end of the year! The stronger you finish out the last two months of the year, the stronger you start 2026! Here is a checklist to look over the last few days of the month, so you can make sure you are utilizing your time doing Income Producing Activities and maximizing on all the months promos!

✔️ 1. Take time for your WHY!

Take a moment to reflect on why you do this work, why it’s important to you. Think about (and even pray about) the people you can help who need this in their lives right now. Remember why you started this business and the vision it’s moving you closer to! Share any updates to your why with your upline support team!

  • 💸 Personal and Brand Partner K Club Sales: Backoffice > team reports > unilevel team > double click on the Customer $ column to organize from highest to lowest. See who on your team is close to the next K club! For every $1,000 of customer sales we do, we get an additional $25 bonus! Let your teammates know how close they are to the next K club! The sales are a great way to hit new sales goals.

  • 🙌 Expiring Rewards Points: Backoffice > team reports > downline rewards points > double click on the expiration column to organize this month’s expiring points at the top. Reach out personal customers with points expiring and check to see if your BP’s know who in their downline who has points about to expire, those points can be used towards the sales!

  • 📣 Personal Customer Reach Outs: Backoffice > personal reports > loyal customers and leads > personally reach out to all of your customers, thanking them for their support of your small business, and remind them about the sales and offer support! EVERY customer and bp is set at the 25% off discount price right now, plus the 15% off select sale items!

  • 📋 Downline Smart Orders: Backoffice > team reports > downline smart orders > double click on the level column to organize from level 1 down. Any smart orders processing today or over the weekend would be a good personal reach out to see if they want to add anything from the sales!

  • 💥 BP’s Personal Orders: Backoffice > team reports > unilevel team > double click on level column to organize from level 1 down. Check to see if any brand partners have customer dollars but no PV. If they don’t put their personal order in, they will not receive those commissions! Nice to reach out and let them know!

✔️ 6. HSA/FSA Program

Continue to talk about the HSA/FSA program! There are many people who have funds they want to use up by the end of the year and they can do it with their Purium Superfoods!
