Perfect for beginners.
Hook – Grab attention

Turning Point – What changed or what you learned
After – The result or intention
CTA – Invite them to connect
Fill-in-the-blank template:
Hook: “I used to think ____ was normal…”
Before: “I was dealing with ____ and it was affecting ____.”
Turning Point: “I finally found something that helped me ____.”
After: “Now I feel ____ and it’s made such a difference.”
CTA: “If you relate, drop a 🌿 or message me.”
✨ STORY FORMULA #2 — PASB
This version goes deeper into your emotions, identity, and WHY it mattered.
P — Problem (specific, not general)
What EXACT symptoms, patterns, or situations were happening?
Examples:
• “I was waking up tired no matter how much I slept.”
• “I couldn’t focus longer than 10 minutes.”
• “I kept snapping at my kids and felt awful afterward.”
• “My clothes felt tighter and so did my chest.”
Fill-in-the-blank:
“I kept dealing with ____ (describe the REAL thing, not just ‘low energy’).”
A — Agitate (emotional impact)
How did this affect your identity, choices, relationships, self-esteem?
Examples:
• “I felt like I was failing as a mom.”
• “I didn’t recognize myself in photos.”
• “I felt ashamed of how reactive I’d become.”
• “I was scared nothing would ever actually help.”
Fill-in-the-blank:
“Honestly, it left me feeling ____ and I was tired of ____ (what broke your heart the most?).”
S — Solution (be specific)
Share what you actually started doing, learning, or using.
Examples:
• “I started nourishing consistently instead of chaotically.”
• “I learned what dopamine actually does, and everything made sense.”
• “I committed to a simple daily superfood routine.”
• “I joined a community that actually supports change.”
Fill-in-the-blank:
“When I learned about ____ / started doing ____ / committed to ____ something shifted.”
(We remove “everything shifted” unless they give real examples — see below.)
B — Benefits (tangible + emotional)
Don’t just say “I feel better.”
Say HOW you feel better.
Examples:
• “My mood is more stable — I don’t spiral as fast.”
• “My cravings are WAY lower.”
• “I have enough energy to play with my kids at 4 pm.”
• “My mornings feel peaceful instead of chaotic.”
• “My brain isn’t fighting me anymore.”
• “I trust myself again.”
Fill-in-the-blank:

(Use real, lived examples — the more specific, the better.)
CTA — invite connection
